Book Talk



Book: The Titans Curse

Pages: 1 to 60


Today I am going to be talking about The Titans Curse. So far I have only read 60 pages of the book. If you have read any of the Percy Jackson books before, you already know that the book is about Greek Mythology. 

The book follows Percy Jackson, the son of Poseidon as he try's to rescue his friend Annabeth, daughter of Athena. After a rescue mission went wrong they were attacked, and Annabeth tackled someone of cliff she has not been seen. The goddess of the hunt Artemis has gone missing! So now Percy and friends have to go on a quest to save Artemis, and Annabeth. 

This book, along with the whole entire series, is one of my all time favorite books of all time. I enjoy all the books in the series because of how the author wrote them. He wrote them with a ton of action, and detail. I think that one of the themes that most fits this book is perseverance. Perseverance most fits this book because a ton of bad things happen to the group, and people die but they don't give up.

    I've always had interest in Greek Mythology. The book that you are reading is pretty interesting. Just one thing, higher the volume on the video, it was too soft.

    The Titans Curse seems like a very interesting book! I would recommend talking louder and clearer next time. Overall, good job.
